Tubtara® stainless steel 316

Just like the Tubtara® in stainless steel 304 (A2), the Tubtara® blind rivet nut in stainless steel 316 (A4) is also known for its high corrosion resistance achieved by an all-natural passivation layer. The major difference, however, is that stainless steel 316 also contains molybdenum, which greatly improves its corrosion resistance to harsh atmospheric conditions, chlorinated atmospheres, process fluids and polluted environments, and is resistant to salt water. Moreover, the Tubtara® blind rivet nut in stainless steel 316 is resistant to high temperatures and is durable, non-magnetic, easy to recycle and aesthetically attractive. Superior coatings can reduce friction. And again, multiple shapes and sizes are available for different applications such as a flat or low profile head with seal (under the head).
